After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We will deliver your parcel within:

• 7 to 10 business days if you are in Cairo or Alexandria. 
• 5 to 7 business days if you are in of the canal’s cities (Ismailia – Suez – port said) or in EL-DELTA 
• 7 to 10 business days If you are in Upper Egypt or Red sea

During high season, delivery might take a little longer.

How much will it cost?

We offer you a Home Delivery that will cost:

• 60 EGP if you are in Cairo 
• 65 EGP if you are in Alexandria 
• 70 EGP if you are in DELTA OR CANAL 
• 90 EGP if you are in Upper Egypt or the Red sea

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 7 days to send it back to us.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, the cost of the return will be taken out of the original payment, unless you discover a defect in the product in this case the return process will be free. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

Please note, it can take up to 7 days to receive and complete your return. Expect your refund to be processed within 7 days of sending the parcel back to us. We'll always send you a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.

Responsibility for Returned Items

Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our stores or warehouse so please ensure the packaging is secure. Please make sure you are happy with all items before removing any labels as we cannot accept returns if labels have been removed or where the items have clearly been worn. All items will be inspected on return and any in unsuitable condition will be returned to you.
